Certified Recycling Acquires The Paper Depot
Certified Recycling (“Certified”), a Parallel49 Equity (“Parallel49”) portfolio company and market leading provider of recycling services for paper and other materials in Southern California, recently acquired the recycling business of The Paper Depot. The Paper Depot, founded in 1981 and based in Orange, California, is a recycler of specialty paper grades and provider of document destruction services. Following the transaction, Certified consolidated the acquired business into its Anaheim, California facility. The Paper Depot represents the first add-on acquisition for Certified.
Certified continues to seek add-on acquisition opportunities on the West Coast of companies that provide recycling and waste solution services.
